Continuous automated monitoring software has replaced the momentary stop watch spot checks used in the past.  No longer is the task of time studying a job tedious, labor intensive, and time consuming.  Monitoring technology is simple, reliable, and complete.  A statistical data stream is collected from connected equipment to verify such things as Set-Up durations, Cycle times, Maintenance durations, and equipment Down times.  It is collected from every shift, every day. Because it tracks all of this data, even Operator Performance reviews become more accurate

Unsupervised employees tend to become more conscience of their actions as they realize the system is “aware” equipment activity or inactivity.  Personnel will become more “productive” with less supervision.  Each machine can be set up to sense excessive durations of inactivity.  Any such event can trigger emails to be sent to supervisory personnel so that an explanation is required.  Changes in cycle times caused by modification of feeds and speeds can be setup to trigger an event change to engineering.

Engineering will find that any adjustments to their tooling FEEDs & SPEEDs are easily identified.  When new tooling is introduced and being tested engineering will be able to verify Tooling Performance Sales claims immediately and with REAL numbers. When equipment problems occur, email alerts are generated and sent to appropriate personnel automatically.

A number of reports are included within our software.  The data can also be exported to other spreadsheet programs where customer specific performance formulas can be applied.  These reports can be automatically transferred via Email to management.  The data is portable and can be imported into SQL, ACCESS, Excel Databases for other analysis. Data collected is date and time stamped and output in an ASCII text format.

Any CNC or NON-CNC machine can be setup to collect time based data by installing a triggering device.  Business intelligence can be acquired by adding user definable codes to identify just about any track-able item.  Multiple User Definable and Specific Codes can be setup to address a host of events

We provide unmatched technical support.  Our software is extensively tested and updated periodically as enhancements are made.  There are no yearly user maintenance fees.  The labor warranty is one year excluding travel.  No changes are required to existing wireless devices however, a software upgrade is required along with an e-Monitor interface installed at each CNC.
