WINECOM is a standalone software with a robust communication capability.  Used primarily when there are only one or two machines to be connected it has a flexible RS232 protocol that utilizes existing communications ports on the PC to connected directly to the machine tool.  The software does not support remote control activity and requires that operator intervention each time data is transmitted or received. xLTRANSFER is a highly adaptable portable memory storage and communications device designed specifically for use in the shop.  Its simple operation and versatile configuration allow it to be used with various devices, code types, handshaking, and baud rates.  It utilizes RS-232 for communications and a USB Memory storage drive for easy computer data transfer.  It is the ideal choice for moving CNC data in the shop. 

E-LAN - Implementing a DNC system can improve CNC data handling by reducing associated labor costs.  Simple operation make it highly effective for administering production related information.  The Windows format enables use of program names that are conducive with part numbers or design numbers making them easily identifiable when stored.  It is network friendly and adapts to any network.  Industry standard security protocol prohibits unauthorized access to the network yet allows shop personnel access to required files.  The ability to use the existing CNC console for file handling eliminates the need for additional terminals in the shop.  Connection configurations can include use of either "Wired" Ethernet (CAT5 cables), 'Wireless" (based on the standard 802.11b standard), or a combination of both.  Both approaches are reliable, secure, and cost effective.  The software includes a feature rich text editor with numerous programming tools. 

E-LAN / MONITORING - This DNC system is an expanded version of e-LAN that includes a Machine Monitoring and Data Collection component.  Monitoring provides management the means to retrieve the status of any machine connected to the system in "real time".  The type of information collected includes, Cycles per hour, Setup Time, Maintenance Time, Breakdown Time and other User definable events.  Event data is useful when analyzing and verifying quotes, operating costs, or a host of other areas related to production and operations.
